The multi-energetic Au ion implantation of graphene oxide and polymers

The electric properties of polymers are increasingly important in a wide range applications such as sensors, energy storages, microelectronics, and filtration membranes among others. In this work, the effect multi-energetic Au ion implantation on graphene oxide (GO), polyimide (PI), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polylactide (PLLA) elemental, chemical, structural end is presented with potential application 3D metal-dielectric structure synthetization. three energies, 3.2, 1.6, 0.8 MeV ions fluence 3.75×10 14 cm -2 were used ascending or descending order to create two sample sets, which subsequently analysed by RBS, ERDA, EDS AFM. RBS analysis was for Au-depth profile characterization implanted samples, profiles agree reasonably those simulated SRIM code. Electrical investigated standard two-point technique respect parameters irradiation. sheet resistance decreases after irradiation it evident that energies has more significant conductivity enhancement compare one.
